Nature Wellness Walk @ Sand Ridge Nature Center

Immerse yourself and reconnect with nature and all the beauty it has to offer! Relaxing mindfulness and meditative practices will be led during these slow and leisurely walks that can lead to improved mental and physical health. A beautiful tea ceremony will be conducted after the walk. These walks are designed for those 18 and older.

No registration needed. Offered in partnership with the University of Illinois Extension.

Meet in the lobby of the Sand Ridge Nature Center. Please dress comfortably for the weather and bring a water bottle if needed.

Water fountains and ADA-accessible bathrooms are available inside the Sand Ridge Nature Center. Some trails are ADA-accessible.
