A labyrinth is a single winding path from the outer edge in a circuitous way to the center. Labyrinths are used world-wide as a way to quiet the mind, calm anxieties, recover balance in life, enhance creativity and encourage meditation, insight, self-reflection and stress reduction. Join us as we use this form of a walking meditation to reflect on the year and prepare us for the new year ahead. Afterwards we will head to the cafe within the conservatory to share our reflections and goals for the new year.
