We will be at the very special Steelworkers Park location on Chicago's far south side, for a Full Harvest Moon Rise over the lake at 7:09 pm on Monday, the 20th of September. We like Steelworkers a bunch due to it's dark location and clear eastern horizon, observe the trio of the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn as they rise over the waters. We invite all our fans to meet us there and enjoy our last summer astro event.

Bring your telescopes and we will assist you in exploring the skies from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Viewing from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm.

These (606 Trail & Steelworkers) are our last two Summer public observation events....onward to Fall Astronomy with the Chicago Astronomer....!
