Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, join us for friendly and competitive matches that will test your skills and keep you on your toes.

Who's it for: Any tennis player in the Chicagoland area!
Where: Wheaton Sports Center: 1000 W Prairie Ave, Wheaton, IL 60187
Raffle: Everyone gets a raffle ticket with opportunities to earn additional raffle tickets throughout the night. Raffles held to win Gladiator Tennis merchandise.
Winner's medals: Top players with the most game wins throughout the night will be honored in a medal ceremony.
Event Schedule:
5:45 - 6pm: Registration and check-in. Gladiator table will be setup in the welcome lobby
6-6:30pm: On-court coaching session and competition overview
6:30-8:30pm: Doubles match play
8:30-9pm: Medal ceremony and raffle winners rewarded

WHO can play?
Any and every Chicagoland adult who wants to stay active this winter! We will match you with other players at your same level so that every match is the right level of competition and fun.
WHAT is Gladiator Tennis?
Gladiator Tennis has been connecting tennis players with great competition and community since 2007. With our flex-play format and community of 3,000+, Gladiator is one of the best ways to meet fellow tennis enthusiasts and fit matches into your schedule.
WHEN is this league?
This league runs January 29-April 6, 2026, providing 5 matches against players at your skill level who live nearby. You'll coordinate directly with opponents to schedule matches at mutually convenient times. Without fixed weekly schedules, you have the flexibility to arrange matches that fit both players' availability. Register by January 25!
WHERE do we play?
Half of your matches will be played at your "Home Court", which is a court of your choosing. Gladiators usually make their Home Court the nearest public outdoor court to their house. The other half of your matches will be played "Away" at your opponents’ Home Court, generally less than a 20-minute drive from your Home Court.

HOW can you sign up and get started?
- Visit our website to purchase this league
- Create or confirm your Gladiator profile. We'll assess your skill level and help you select your "Home Court"—the location where you'll play half of your matches.
- Next, we’ll match you with five nearby competitors of similar skill
- Scheduling is a breeze with our easy-to-use tools, allowing you to coordinate match dates and locations directly with your opponents.
- Track your progress by recording scores after each match and watch your skills improve over time. We also have an honors system that allows you to rate the sportsmanship of your opponents. All scores are also logged in the UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) system. Get ready to compete, improve, and possibly make it to the top!
