Ed Schrader’s Music Beat is a Baltimore indie band that pivots abruptly between thrashy garage punk and Morrissey-esque crooning ballads. They hail from the Wham City scene that produced Dan Deacon among others, and got their break after being featured in Adult Swim shorts with him.
