Topic: How Is AI Changing the Product?
AI is rapidly reshaping how teams work but what does that actually mean for product managers? We’ll explore how workplaces are evolving, what tools PMs are introducing, how roles and productivity are shifting, and how leadership is responding. Rather than focusing on fear or hype, we’ll take a constructive look at how the product job is changing and what skills future PMs (from APM to VP) will need in the next six months and beyond. Come ready to share what you’re seeing, experimenting with, and questioning.
