This is an official meetup so if you come in cosplay and in theme you have the chance to be Febuary's COTM (Cosplay Of The Month)
Must pay entry to get into Uchi-Con to attend ($15 in advance and $20 at the door)
Meetup will start promptly at 2:30p and end at 3:30p
