Free Yoga!

Hi all, I’m going to be teaching another FREE 1-hour yoga class on Sunday, June 1 at 7pm at Yoga Now in River North.

The class will be one hour long and a mixture of hatha and vinyasa styles of yoga. I’m offering free classes as I just finished my training and am honing my craft. Perfection is not guaranteed but that’s why the class is FREE. :) All levels are welcome and no prior experience is required. A mat can be rented there for $2 if needed.
