Lunchtime Yoga

Hey all, I'm teaching a yoga class on Tuesday, Aug 12 at 12pm at Yoga Now in River North and would love for you to join!

The class will be a 1-hour vinyasa class. Mats can be rented there for $2 if needed. Note that this is not a free class.
