Hi all, I'm leading a FREE 4-week "Foundations of Mindfulness" course each Sunday from 6-7:15pm from April 26 - May 17. The class will be virtual.

Note that I pushed the start date back by one week and shortened the duration from 5 weeks to 4.

Each week there will be a short talk on an aspect of mindfulness, a short meditation, mindfulness exercises, and Q&A. The first week, April 26, will be an "Overview of Mindfulness".

You don't need to attend all 4 weeks - you can attend any or all of them!
