FREE "Foundations of Mindfulness" Course

Hi all, I'm leading a FREE 4-week "Foundations of Mindfulness" course each Sunday from 6-7:15pm from April 26 - May 17. The class will be virtual.
Each week there will be a short talk on an aspect of mindfulness, a short meditation, mindfulness exercises, and Q&A. The class on May 10 will be on "Mindfulness of Thoughts and Emotions."
You can attend this class even if you haven't attended the first two! There will be a short summary of what has previously been discussed.
