Evening Flow
Our gathering begins with a warm welcome and refreshing tea, offering a moment to settle in and connect. At 6:30, we'll transition into the heart of our evening: a concise discourse on mindful meditation, seamlessly leading into a period of shared silence.
The discourse will set the tone, offering insights and inspiration for our practice. Following this, we'll immerse ourselves in the power of silent meditation. This compact format allows for both learning and direct experience, all within a focused 30-minute session.

Why Join Us?
In our fast-paced world, even brief moments of reflection and silence are precious. This evening offers a sanctuary—a chance to step away from the noise, gain valuable insights, and reconnect with your inner self. Through this combination of wisdom and practice, we open doors to deeper awareness and peace.

Inspiration for Our Journey
We leave you with these words from Alireza Nurbakhsh's "Love's Journey," to kindle the spirit of our practice:

Might it be that love leads me
To the source of mysteries,
rescuing me from the night of separation,
taking me towards the lights at dawn

It takes to the wings and fly me
Towards God in the rose garden,
Away from the mirage of self and the ruins of multiplicity
Where one is imprisoned in this short life

It reveals the mysteries of this world,
laying bare the causes for its chaos and unrest,
Then, Love turns me into love itself,
And takes me to the hearts of all lovers and beloveds.

My entire being will be absorbed
And nourished by love,
I shall not see myself in anything,
My "We" and "I" will disappear from view

My unbelief is transformed to faith,
and my faith is steeped in blasphemy and unbelief
Then, it hangs me from the gallows here and everywhere
Like Hallaj

Like a heaving surf I will plunge and disappear
In the sea of nonbeing
Then, no trace of me shall remain,
The sea obliterates all my thoughts and imagination

Nurbakhsh was singing merrily
From the depth of his heart and soul
"What a joyous day
When love takes me to the door of the Beloved"

We look forward to sharing this concise yet meaningful journey with you. No special preparation is needed—simply bring an open mind and heart.
