MenWalkTalk

My friend Josh is facilitating a walk and talk group for men of all ages 18+, doing so as a volunteer for MenWalkTalk. The walk will take place every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, meeting at 12pm outside Fenwicks Cafe in Priory Park and is an hour long. If men attending want to talk about mental health and well-being on the walk, then that's encouraged, but there's no pressure to do so. He has personal and professional experience to facilitate open, empathetic conversations and can provide information about mental health support options.
