Session Zero and Hang Out

Session Zero - meeting up to discuss our upcoming Greyhawk campaign 'Until the War Finds Us,' a nautical adventure across unknown seas, forgotten islands and into hidden depths.

We can go through character preferences, expectation and tone, boundaries and safety, along with anything else that's important to players.

I will bring my map props so I can show you how battles and Exploration will be run.

We will of course focus on character creation and tying those characters into the campaign. If you're new to the game, have a look online and try to get an idea of what type of character class and race interests you.

We can also discuss how your characters came to be adventuring together, the kind of relationships you have. Then of course we'll touch on things like session frequency and campaign length.

I have included some ideas for backgrounds on the discord server under the 'campaign background' channel.

This meetup will also just give everyone a chance to get to know each other a bit. If we don't get everything covered we can always have another planning session like this one or finalise the details online.
