Itchenor 4 mile Wellness walk and talk

Come and join me and my little dog Hope for a pretty circular walk around the village of Itchenor at the edge of Chichester Harbour. This will be a relaxed pace. The walk is flat but as parts are uneven with tree roots sturdy shoes are recommended. There is a public toilet near the beginning of the walk and the option at the end of the walk to have a drink or bite to eat at either The Ship or The Quarterdeck Cafe.
Dogs are welcome but there is a short part of the walk which is on road so will need to be put on the lead.
please note that everyone is responsible for their own personal health and safety during the walk.
we will meet at the entrance to the car park which is clearly signposted just before The Ship. Parking charges are payable upon leaving the car park and as a rough guide I would be prepared to allow up to four hours.
