Due to the venues cancellation policy full payment is required by the 17th April.

“We work with highly seasonal and perishable ingredients, delivered fresh daily from our trusted suppliers. As such, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of £40 per guest.
This will be taken from the credit card used to secure the booking.”

I do hope you understand and appreciate that taking payment is the only way that I can host this event.
if you cancel within 24hr of the event date the £35.00 will be kept by the venue to cover any losses, they are a small venue with a small number of places and one no show would impact on their business significantly.
