Connecticut Poultry Breeders Society Show

This is a smaller poultry show that is very nice and a good one to dip your toe in after Covid restrictions. Its also a good way to meet breeders and locate breeds that you are interested in.

In the past there has been food and drinks available to buy and official bird sellers and a few other vendors there. I am unsure about the rules this year, but there will likely be people outside of the event with birds for sale.
I strongly encourage you to ask if any bird or chick that you may buy is vaccinated for Mareks and look them over well. I have had some bad luck with birds getting sick after getting them home, so ask questions, get receipts so you can contact the seller, and isolate your new birds for 2 weeks once getting them home.
I hope to see some of you there...I'm going to try to get to this one after a long year and a half of Covid restrictions...I'm vaccinated!
