What we’re about
HeartSara means the flowing waterfall of the Heart.
This Authentic HeartSpace/HeartSara meet-up group/community is a combination of Mankind Project men's group (MKP), Heart of Now (HoN)/Naka Ima/Solsara, Authentic Relating, SoulPlay, Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Reiki Energy Healing Circles, Love/HeartTribe, & Touch-Positive, Neo-Tantra & Sacred Sexuality/Sacred Sensuality.
We are about creating& sustainging a heart-centered, loving, compassionate, authentic, healing culture & community. All events are done in an intentional sacred space & safe container.
Events we are wanting to co-create within the community:
- MKP Circle of Men events and a Chico men's support group
- Authentic HeartSpace/HoN Introductions, 1-day workshops & Wknd workshops
- NVC Practice Group (weekly)
- NVC Conflict Mediation/Resolution Trainings
- Reiki Energy Healing Circles 2-4 times per month

- Cuddle/Snuggle Parties
Mankind Project (MKP) is an international men's organization based in men supporting men in doing emotionally healing work, nurturing mature masculinity, integrity and accountability, emotional literacy and we have weekly men's support groups.

Heart of Now (HoN) is a somatic, mindfulness-based emotional healing community based in love, compassion and tenderness. We conduct weekend workshop intensives 3-4 times per year (these are co-ed weekends). www.heartofnow.org
Non-violent Communication (NVC) is a healthy communication & conflict mediation approach based on the humanistic psychology (specifically the work of Marshal Rosenburg, Carl Rogers & Abraham Maslow). The focus of NVC is expressing our feelings and listening and speaking with empathy & compassion around meeting our universal human needs. www.cnvc.org
