Sky Creek's Annual All-Sangha Wesak Spring Celebration

Holy Buddha Batman! The ONLY day of the year when all of our separate meditation groups get together for group meditation, Qigong (movement), the Bathing the Baby Buddha Ceremony, 11 AM Early Lunch Potluck (guests can donate $$$) AND THEN THE FEATURED EVENT: An All-Sangha Discussion Panel. Eight Group leaders will briefly introduce their tradition, practices and history, and answer questions. Zen, Vipassana, Taoist discussion of how each tradition deals with stress in these modern times. Feel free to attend what interests you, come late and leave early, stay for lunch and the discussion!

1:30 pm – 2:00 pm – Community Sharing
1:30 pm – 2:00 pm Short or Long Guided Outdoor Walking Meditation
2:00 pm – Ring out and Farewell
Donations accepted to help support the center via our donation bowl in the front room. Chairs and floor cushions available for meditation. Potluck is open to all, donations can be made to the center in lieu of a dish (or you are welcome to bring store-bought sides or treats). Questions?
