What heals us the most? Meditation, Compassion, Mindfulness, Divine Light, Forgiveness? If we are in fact, Spirits in material form, what restores us and takes us closer to enlightenment.

9:45 am: Those who wish to have a beverage get coffee or other drinks.

10:00 am: The Group Guide says a few words and this person lightly manages the discussion. People sit in Living Room area and those who have a topic that they have previously submitted by email start the discussion.
