Holding onto happiness without ruining it with Dani Sandoval (virtual event)

Happiness is weird. On the one hand, it feels like a goal – something we can “achieve” if we just put our minds to it, buy the right things, or find work-life balance. In this talk, we’ll work together to answer the question, “How do we feel happiness more often and for longer periods of time?”
