In 2026, let's *continue* tasting our way around the world. Every month, we'll sample a new type of cuisine. This month, we head to the United Kingdom, by way of one of the The Burns Pub & Restaurant in Broomfield. Join us to raise a pint to 2026!

There are few places as cozy for a cold January night as a good British pub, and The Burns is renowned for its incredible selection of whiskey. They have plenty of pub faire, as well — just be warned that it's not very vegetarian friendly (which is why we're doing happy hour instead of a full meal here).

Parking: There's free parking at the pub. If the main parking lot is full, there's a gravel lot just beyond.
