Yellow Barn's Spring Regen(eration) Fest!

Join me for a tour of the farm at the Yellow Barn followed by lunch, music, and activities!

I've always wanted to check this place out, and this celebration of spring looks like just the occasion to finally do it! The tour starts at 11:00 A.M., so I'll arrive a tad before that allow time to park and find you all! After that, there are activities, including:

• Vendor Booths — Local farmers, food, wellness, and community organizations set up throughout the farm
• Live Music — Playing outside throughout the afternoon
• Ecstatic Dance (Shine Sister) — A guided movement experience; participation is always optional
• Puffin Sauna — Open the entire event, free, sign up on the spot when you arrive
• Health & Wellness in the Barn — Offerings from Subtle Nectar and other practitioners
• Food Trucks — RAYO Boulder Taco Truck and Schlop Stop Farm Fresh Food Truck on site
• Games & Play — Activities throughout
• Farm Exploration — Roam the property; this is Yellow Barn Farm in full spring form

Ecstatic dance is not really my jam, and I'm not sure I'll do more than look at the sauna, but I fully support you in those endeavors!
