As a fellow childfree-by-choice individual, I’ve found that, over time, I’ve grown somewhat apart from peers who chose to have children. Parenthood is deeply rooted in social norms and often seen as the default option. Choosing not to pursue it can sometimes feel like a lonely path—especially when you're surrounded by people who made a different choice.
That’s where my desire to create this community began. The purpose of this group is to foster an open, caring, and welcoming space for people who feel different in this way. It’s not about criticizing parenthood, but rather about bringing together individuals who wish to feel safe, supported, and understood in their journey. 🌱
