The purpose of this hobby exchange is to introduce your hobby to others or to get an introductory sense of others' hobbies. For many neurodivergent people, having a wide range of interests that come and go with time is a real problem, and we would much rather speak to someone already practising a hobby before we spend time and money on buying equipment or taking lessons for it! This is a great chance to explore new potential hobbies you can get into and to get a sense of the kind of resources those hobbies require.
Some examples of the type hobbies we'll talk about:

- Sports
- Gaming
- Fitness
- Volunteer work
- Reading/writing
- Cooking
