Sound and Light: Healing Soundbath at Auria Wellness (Merrimack, NH)

Please note - I do not have space reserved for the group. Attendee's must register directly with Auria. We can have a bite to eat before for those who are interested - I'll add a question to gather interest on pre-session food.

Join Jeffrey Warren in Merrimack NH for one of his beautiful healing soundbath experiences. Tonight’s session carries you beyond the energy of the universe through layers and layers of light… reaching all the way up into the Highest Source Energy imaginable. Connecting into this Divine energy we open ourselves to receive the healing and wisdom we are ready for now. Allow this sacred energy along with the healing sounds of the crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments to carry you forward on a journey of rest and healing. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye-mask, water bottle and whatever else you need to enjoy a comfortable experience as everyone will be laying down on the floor for the session. You are also welcome to bring crystals and other sacred objects if you choose. All are welcome. No experience necessary. Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and enhanced state of awareness. Participants experience numerous benefits including stress relief, deep cleansing and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe. Join us for a powerful, yet relaxed evening of connection, empowerment, healing sound and vibration.
