🐐🧘‍♀️Goat Yoga, Good Pickin' Farm (Westford MA)

Come on down to Good Pickin' Farm to kick off the Holiday weekend by doing some goat yoga.

Not your traditional yoga class, goat yoga is a great way to get out of your head, try something new and interact with silly, adorable goats!
Class will combine the known therapeutic effects of spending time with animals with the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
Think of it as an animal therapy assisted yoga class!
During class we will move through a yoga sequence designed to complement the goats wandering freely around as they nuzzle, cuddle or maybe even jump up on you.
We will finish with time for extra cuddles and pictures.
Note: if you are planning your day around the Goat Yoga class, remember that you may want to change your clothes before going elsewhere after the class as the goats will jump on you!
Please plan to wear clothing that you are ok getting dirty, and if you have long hair we suggest putting it in a bun/braid as the goats enjoy nibbling on it.
