Provided there is enough interest, meetings will start taking place over Zoom.

This group is meant for any adult woman who is feeling behind their peers, struggling with low self-esteem, or anyone who has experienced childhood trauma, extreme stress, or any similar experience.

*Not meant to be a replacement for therapy. Not run by a licensed professional.
