Please note that these walks are unstructured and group decisions are taken into account. If you are a serious, hard-core walker this may not be your bag but you are welcome to pop along!

There is no designated car park at this site. Street parking is available but may be limited. Options include car sharing - please see below link if interested 👍👍

Finish times may be variable depending on what the group decides 😊👍

Enjoy a lighthearted afternoon of gentle meandering amongst a hidden Bristolian green 💚 gem.

Historically, a traditional farm 🚜 then ➡️ landfill site to ➡️ nature reserve, it's a fascinating transformation to behold 😊😊

Please expect hilly terrain with dry soil. It may be uneven in places. Please wear suitable footwear! No toilets will be available apart from trees 🌳😆 Please consider bringing food and drinks as needed 👍👍

We always try to allow up to 20 minutes waiting time although this can be less if raining or lots of people attending.

We will have very limited internet signal. We may not be able to respond to messages as we are walking or have no signal. Please do not phone me personally on the day unless urgent!

There is a local pub - The Good Intent (it's okay) which we might choose to stop at afterwards. It is outside the reserve, a few streets away.

There will be breaks for rest, photo moments, etc.
