Please note - Β£1 per person will be asked on the day. To avoid delays please have your coinage ready. The money helps me cover my Meetup fees and shows a sign of appreciation πβΊοΈ
Serious hard-core walkers may not be satisfied with the quality of this walk. It will be a lighthearted, leaf crunching exploration with breaks and lots of mingling. The magic is with the people as much as the environment. I try not to take things too seriously as it's bad for my health ππ
We return one final time this year to celebrate the coming autumn with a beautiful walk though Nightingale Valley, Brislington. Optional extended walk to St Anne's Wood (recommend π).
Nightingale Valley - streams flow through a woodland of ancient oak. A natural escape amongst the suburban sprawl.
St Anne's Wood - beautiful slopped woodland with elements of spirituality. Featuring the Holy Well.
This was a popular walk earlier this year, just hope it stays dry! π€β οΈ

Please note - the walk contains slopes, uneven surfaced and steep steps. It is just over 4km in distance. Please take responsibility of yourself with safety, clothing and footwear, etc.
We aim to keep all together as a group BUT this is not always possible with a large group.
The Langton pub in Langton Court Road next to St Anne's Wood is a nice stop off point. Please note! It can get busy and Yes we may be there for a while to socialise and have a few sober laughs! ππ
As there may be a high turnout of people please bear this in mind if taking dogs π π.
If wanting to take photos of people please ask permission before doing so ππ
Enjoy! π π
