Warmley Waiting Room to Avon Valley Railway Walk 🚂 🦶 ☂️

Please note that I do ask a grateful £1 per person when attending. Payment can be made in advance by PayPal, bank transfer or cash on the day. Money raised helps me pay my Meetup fees as well as a token of goodwill

All aboard for a gentle path walk between two historical Bristolian train stations. Warmley Train Station is no longer in operation but offers food & drinks to users of the railway path. Avon Valley Railway (Bitton Station) is in seasonal/limited use. Both sites have heritage significance in the history of Bristol. Please refer to below links.

The path we will take is mostly flat and concrete. Please expect rain and cold weather. Estimated walking time of 2 hours including return walk. Car parking available at both sites (charges apply). Bike racks available. Dogs to be kept on leads. The pathway is shared with cyclists, walkers and joggers - it can get busy. Toilets available at both sites.
