Did someone say Waffles and Refreshers under one roof? Let me put you on to Epic Nutrition Bar in Pembroke Pines!

This family-run spot is everything—amazing vibes, music in the background, and some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. It’s the kind of place where you walk in and feel right and honestly this is my go to spot to just chill after work and sometimes on the weekends.

Now let’s talk food. The menu is awesome! Healthy shakes, creative waffles like Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Banana Split, and if you're like me that's not in to shakes the refreshers are gooood to try out. HonestIy I don’t even bother picking a Refresher—I just ask Chantal to surprise me, and she never disappoints.

It might sound i'm advertising this place but i'm not. I'm just sharing my favorite place to chill. A personal note of me, i have Social Anxiety and i can't express how much this place makes me feel good and comfortable. ANYWAYS enought about me. Hope to see you there!!!
