⚠️ Cancellation & No-Show Policy (This does not apply to Social Night and Korean Speaking Club)

We’ve introduced these new policies due to a recent increase in late cancellations and no-shows. If something comes up and you’re unable to attend after the cancellation deadline, please feel free to send us a message. We understand that things happen.

• If you cancel your RSVP up to 10 am on Monday, no Penalty
• 10-4 PM - One Strike. 3 strikes result in a one-month ban.
• 4PM onwards is an automatic one-month ban from our events.
