⚠️ **Cancellation & No-Show Policy (This does not apply to Social Night and Korean Speaking Club)**⚠️

We’ve introduced these new policies due to a recent increase in late cancellations and no-shows. If something comes up and you’re unable to attend after the cancellation deadline, please feel
free to send us a message. We understand that things happen.

• If you cancel your RSVP up to 10am on Friday, no Penalty
• 10-12PM - One Strike. 3 strikes result in a one-month ban
• 12PM onwards is an automatic one-month ban from our events.

RSVP will will open at 21:00 exactly one week before the event date.
