We’ve introduced these new policies due to a recent increase in late cancellations and no-shows. If something comes up and you’re unable to attend after the cancellation deadline, please feel free to send us a message. We understand that things happen
*If you cancel your RSVP up to 12 hours before the event - no Penalty

*12 to 3 hours before the event - One Strike. 3 strikes result in a one-month ban

• 3 hours onwards is an automatic one-month ban from our events. (It becomes harder for us to find someone to take your place)
