Cookley Green, Maidensgrove, Warburg Nature Reserve , Russell Water circular

** Starting from the hamlet of Cookley Green and heading into the beautiful surrounding countryside including the Warburg Nature Reserve.** We head towards Upper Maidensgrove before joining the trail into the Warburg Reserve which is well known as a home of orchids and wild life. Whilst passing through one cannot ignore the hills on either side of the path covered with trees and flora. Time permitting we might stop over at the information centre and use their facilities before heading towards Pishill and circling back to Russell's Water ( the pond here featured in the film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang) before returning to the starting point.

This is a moderate undulating walk (approx 7-8 miles, ascent 620ft ).
We shall have a short lunch break so pls. bring a packed lunch, snacks and water.
