Saunderton to Bledlow

Walk length 11 miles/17.7km approx. Circular.
A really picturesque circular walk from Saunderton Station up to the small Chiltern village of Bledlow taking in a variety of landscapes from scenic views to wooded tracks, with a few climbs.
Some of this walk is on the Ridgeway National Trail, a path that follows tracks going back to prehistoric times and used by travellers and herdsman.

The parish church Holy Trinity is described as one of England's 1,000 best churches and is a Grade I listed building that dates back to the 12th Century.
Meeting: Meet outside Saunderton Rail station for 10.45am for the walk to start at 11.00am.
Lunch and Finish: Please bring a snack lunch and water for the walk. Our walks usually finish at about 4.30pm and include a 30min lunch stop and pub stop at the end, however the time may be earlier or later than this depending on the weather and pace (we have a relaxed pace which includes sightseeing and photography).
Transport:
Car: Free car parking at Saunderton Rail Station. This is a circular walk and finishes back at Saunderton Rail Station.
Train: The 9.52am train from London Marylebone gets to Saunderton for 10.47am.
