Marlow is a pretty historic market town, now famous also for its many rowing clubs and Thames waterfront.

Please bring water and snacks for the walk. The walk should finish at about 4.30pm and include a short snack stop & pub at the end, however the time may be earlier or later than this depending on the weather and pace (we have a relaxed pace which includes sightseeing and photography).

Walk cost £4 (meetup, organizer fee). Train from London approx £10 with group save.

There are a number of travel options..

Meeting & Transport:

Meet outside Bourne End Train Station from 12.45pm for the walk to start at 1.00pm, just after the train from London.

Train from London: 11.48am from London Paddington gets to Bourne End for 12.47pm (change at Maidenhead). I would suggest you meet at 11.15am at London Paddington next to the WHSmith shop to give you time to get a group save/buy tickets (see photo below). The organizer will not be taking the train and will meet you at Bourne End Station. See National Rail Enquiries (http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/)
