Level 4 singles only walk: Watlington Hill, Cookley Green, & Russell's water

This walk on top of the Chilterns starts at Watlington Hill and takes in some of the best views of the Chiltern hills. It is an undulating walk with a couple of short, steep hills passing through some beautiful countryside and follows several of the area's best long distance walking routes including the Shakespeare way, the Chiltern Way, the Swan way and the Ridgeway. ( approx 9 miles – 4 hours).

In order to make the most of the outdoors, please bring snacks, water and a packed lunch. Also, for anyone wishing for refreshments at the end of the walk there is ample opportunity to visit a Chiltern pub.

The charge for the walk is £10 and due to the limit on number of places, is due when you sign up, places will be allocated to those that have paid.

For all walks with Chiltern Walks the payment is due when you sign up for the walk, please post a comment stating 'paid' in the appropriate walk so I know to look for your payment. I can hold a place for you for 24 hours, if payment is not received I will assume you no longer wish to attend and transfer you off the walk so others can attend. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the walk please message me and I'll provide you with a walk credit for your next walk. All cancellations less than 48 hours before the walk will forfeit the payment.
