Level 4 singles only walk: Mill End, Medmenham and the Thames

This beautiful wooded and riverside walk starts at Mill End car park (which is now pay and display) and heads into the woods above Hambleden and then on towards Medmenham, previously the home of Francis Dashwood famous for running the Hellfire Club. At Medmenham the route heads to the Thames which it follows back to Mill End before returning to the car park.

9 miles (720 feet of ascent) approx. 4 hours.

In order to make the most of the outdoors, please bring lunch, snacks and water.

The charge for the walk is £10 and due to the limit on number of places, is due when you sign up, places will be allocated to those that have paid.

For all walks with Chiltern Walks the payment is due when you sign up for the walk, please post a comment stating 'paid' in the appropriate walk so I know to look for your payment. I can hold a place for you for 24 hours, if payment is not received I will assume you no longer wish to attend and transfer you off the walk so others can attend. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the walk please message me and I'll provide you with a walk credit for your next walk. All cancellations less than 48 hours before the walk will forfeit the payment.
