Come on out to Chiltern Mountain Club’s annual meeting.
This year it’s a little different, we are hosting at Skybox 109 Sports Bar & Grill, in Natick, Ma. We have reserved The Penalty Box dinning room.
This event is 15-20 minutes of club business; financial report, call for volunteers to be on the board and brief review of the year. Then on to being social, reconnecting with members you may not have seen recently and meeting new members.
The menu will be a basic buffet including non-alcoholic beverages. You are welcome to order and pay for your own alcoholic beverages. If you require a vegan option please contact an event organizer ASAP.
This event requires pre-registration by 5 PM on December 5th so we can ensure the correct amount of food is available.
There is a 2 tier fee for this event, $15.00 per person for any member that is current on their dues. For anyone who is either not a member or is not current in their dues (including trial members) the fee is $35.00 per person. Cash or check made out to Chiltern Mountain Club at the door.
