Details

This is a new route of exactly 6 miles from the delightful village of Chalfont St Giles. Starting off through the arches at the church, we'll walk across the River Misbourne, along footpaths and bridleways to the delightful woods and fields of Newland Park, then on to Bullsland lane, the edge of Chorleywood and returning via Old Shire Lane, a rural track. We'll meet on the village green opposite the Merlin's Cave pub, which also has a public car park just 200 yards away. Walking time about 2.5 hours.

The price for the walk is £2 to cover costs, or free if this is your first walk with me.

After the walk there's the option of staying for a chat, drink and/or food at Merlin's Cave.

Parking
There's parking around the village and at the Blizzards Yard Car Park at 12 High St, Chalfont Saint Giles HP8 4QA
