As the bluebells seem to be out early (and may be gone earlier) and next Thursday is forecast as a sunny evening this is a chance to
enjoy two delightful bluebell woods. This is a 3.5 mile walk. We'll meet on the village green at Sarratt opposite The Boot public house and take a beautiful footpath across the fields out the back with great views over the rolling hills down to the first wood, and then return for the second bluebell wood. This is a joint event with the Scenic Walks in the Chilterns group. Walking time about 1.25 hours.

The price for the walk is £2 to cover costs, or free if this is your first walk with me.

After the walk there's the option of staying for a chat, drink and/or food at The Boot pub in the village.

Free Parking
There's plenty of free parking in the area.

Please note that this walk is not led by a qualified leader and, as such, isn't covered by insurance. Be sure to wear suitable boots and clothing. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any injuries, however caused. Members are expected to take responsibility for their own preparation and safety including adequate fluids, weather protection and a snack. Please be sure to make me aware if you have any medical conditions.

Dogs are welcome as always but please be mindful to keep them on leads for roads and around other animals. These events are not for children.
