Oxford Social - Junkyard Golf with Meal & Cocktails

Important - the golf is now fully booked and the meal pre-order closes on Sat 30th September (see link for pre-order in comments), so after that you are welcome to sign up but can only join for drinks after the meal onwards (around 8.30-9). Join the CYW for a social in central Oxford following a day exploring this beautiful city (event for the walk bit here)

We'll kick things off at Junkyard Golf at 17.30, where we have spaces booked over 2 timeslots straight after eachother on the Pablo course.

Following that, we'll head to George Street Social (https://www.georgestreetsocial.com/) where we have reserved an area and here we'll have dinner and drinks, play some board games and just generally hang out.

When confirming your attendance please confirm which bit you plan to come along to - Hike Oxfordshire and other local Ramblers groups also very welcome and you don't need to come on the walk earlier in the day to come to the social and vice versa.

Oxford train station can be reached by both train and bus from the direction of London/High Wycombe, Bicester, Didcot and Marlow. Please check the train times and ensure you arrive before midday.

For those who live in Aylesbury, the 280 bus runs every 30 mins from Aylesbury bus station, and more frequently from Thame. The last bus to Aylesbury goes at 23:05, though that is an X8, the last 280 goes at 22:05.

The most useful park and rides are likely to be Thornhill (East of Oxford) and Oxford Parkway or Peartree (north).
