Join us for an outing to see Bluebells in South West Hertfordshire. Please bring a packed lunch.

Leaving Croxley Green station we'll pass through woods in the Croxley Triangle (where the Met line splits off to Watford and Amersham) and our first bluebells of the day. Heading through the village and across the green, we make our way past farmland until we reach Harrock's Wood and Merlin's Wood both full of bluebells and patches of wild garlic.

Whippendell Woods, doubled as the planet Naboo in the Star Wars Episode 1 is our next location. The woods here are also full of bluebells at this time of year for us to enjoy before we head down to Cassiobury Park to pause for lunch. Finally joining the Grand Union Canal on our way back to the station or a drink in the pub opposite.
