CYW Summer Party -25th Birthday BBQ!

Earlier this year the Chiltern Young Walkers celebrated their 25th Anniversary and what better way to continue the celebrations than by reviving our traditional summer BBQ.

We've reserved the BBQ area in Wendover Woods that includes its own secluded glen (but is still 5 mins walk from the main buildings) and proper BBQ, and we'll have some outdoor games and a treasure hunt.

Tickets are £5 in advance or £7 on the day and cover the following:

Helping us to cover the BBQ hire fee
Burger + sausage (vegan and veggie options will be available, please let Beth know)
Buns
Cheese
Sauces
A soft drink

It's super helpful to Beth to buy your ticket in advance so she can try to get the right amount of food, so please do message her on 07956242703 to get your ticket. She will leave wiggle room for those joining on the day but can't guarantee perfect amounts of food.

A few free tickets will be offered to those willing to instead provide a large salad for sharing, napkins + cups or prep other things for the BBQ like onions, tomatoes, gherkins. First come first serve for this option!

Parking is available at Wendover Woods - it is £7 for 4 hours or £13 for all day. We plan to lead a walk from the centre of Wendover for those coming by public transport or wanting to utilise the cheaper car parks in Wendover, details to be announced shortly.
