Walk Leader: Beth - 07956242703
Distance: 7.5 miles / 12 km
Grade: Moderate (180m ascent)
Accessible by bus, pub stop enroute

Join the CYW for an absolutely lovely route through the heart of the Chilterns AONB. We'll meet on the green (by the pond) in Tyler's Green before heading straight out into the woods to the north, where we'll meet up with one of Beth's favourite-ever paths in the whole of the region. A wide, flat avenue of trees through Common Woods meets up with Penn Woods, where if we're lucky we'll spot a deer or two.

Popping out in Penn St we'll break for lunch on the common, then continue on through the fields to Winchmore Hill where we'll stop at the pub there for a quick refreshment, then continue through rolling hills back to where we started.

Please bring a packed lunch, plenty of water, sunscreen and appropriate clothing including footwear. If it has rained a lot right before it could be muddy in places.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but must remain on a lead at all times and are the sole responsibility of the owner.
