You don’t need to bring anything for this meeting.
I will come outside to greet you 10 minutes before we start.
The meeting will be divided into two parts:
Part 1 (about 30 minutes):
We’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask a few questions about your background and travel preferences, and we’ll share ideas and experiences about traveling. Everyone is welcome to exchange suggestions freely.
Part 2:
I’ll take note of each person’s travel needs and ideas, provide some initial directions and advice, and later send a personalized travel plan by email.
If needed, I can also connect you directly with local travel guide teams for further arrangements.
The whole process will be relaxed and pressure-free — feel free to leave at any time if you wish.
And don’t worry about language barriers — we’ll use translation tools to make
