8 week Mandarin Class

Today we will be launching our first 8-week beginner Mandarin course. If you have considered joining the class but are still on the fence you are welcome to come sit in on the first session before you make your final decision!!! Details are below:

#### Beginner Mandarin Course (HSK 1–2)

What: A structured, instructor-led course following a pre-established curriculum. At just $10 per class hour, our goal is to make learning Chinese accessible to everyone. Classes will follow a textbook, with homework assigned between sessions. While the focus is on speaking skills, students will also practice reading and writing. Students should have a basic grasp of pinyin and pronunciation. If you’re not familiar with pinyin, we can provide self-guided materials in advance to help you get up to speed.
Who: Small group setting (5–10 students), led by a native Mandarin speaker.
When: May 12 – July 2, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00–8:00 PM

Cost:

• Class Fee: $160 (16 sessions over 8 weeks)
• Curriculum Fee: $50 (includes textbook, workbook, and printed materials)

How to Enroll: Send $210 via Venmo to @ChicagoChineseClasses (include your name and email in the memo). Payment is due in full before the first class.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available up to 1 week before the start date. Once classes begin, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on remaining sessions.
