Act as conversation partner for their host families 5-15 hours a week

At B.E.I.T we offer three different options for Homestay applicants:

Option 1: Conversation Partner (Summer Availability Only)
Tutor a host family for 10-15 hours per week. In return participants are provided with a private room, breakfast & dinner every day. Participants in our 10-15 hour program will also be awarded a bonus upon completion of this program at the price of 1000 RMB per month!

Option 2: Conversation Friend
Tutor a host family for 5 hours per week. This option is ideal for busy participants who want to enjoy a homestay, but don't have much spare time for tutoring. This option is ideal for working professionals, interns, and students! The only requirement for this program a high proficiency in English (Phone Interview Required).

Option 3: Homestay Only
Too busy to tutor? No problem! We can set up a living arrangement with a local family that simply provides the participant with a place to live. No tutoring is required and participants receive a private room. Meals can be provided for an additional fee.

When you sign up for Homestay with B.E.I.T you will also receive the following services:

24/7 Emergency Assistance from B.E.I.T.
Residence Registration assistance at local police station upon arrival.
Access to cultural and social events with our other homestay participants!
